Mr. Galbreath is IPR’s primary in-house legal resource and manages all legal analysis. He works closely with the executive management of IPR to define and meet business goals. His legal experience has concentrated on transactional, litigation and arbitration services. He has represented IPR on several transactions with various international and domestic financial institutions, including the International Finance Corporation and HSBC.
