Mr. Rosa is the VP-Projects and Services of IPR Energy Group. He has over 27 years’ experience in the petroleum industry in operational management and coordination. He has held numerous positions worldwide in the USA, Mexico, Venezuela, Bolivia, Costa Rica, Netherlands, Canada and Brazil. Based on Mr. Rosa’s expertise in international start-up operations, strategic planning, project management, process improvement and financial analysis, he will be responsible for New Projects and Lines of Services. Prior to joining IPR, Wilfredo held management and engineering positions at Shell, Baker, NOV and Nabors. Roles included Well Delivery Optimization Technologies and Services responsible for assessing improvements in well delivery models that include pad design, well design, drilling, completion and rig operations for surface and downhole. As Area Manager in Mexico, Mr. Rosa was responsible for delivery of six offshore rigs to Pemex and also managed P&L for in-country business operations of multiple offices and facilities delivering services to offshore and onshore operations valued at more than 100 MM. As International Operations Engineer, he was responsible for review and monitoring of drilling programs in for various countries and the planning and coordinating of projects to deliver rigs for new contracts in Bolivia, Peru, Mexico, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and Mozambique. Mr. Rosa holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University.
