Since 1981, IPR has been a pioneer in the use of technology worldwide to improve petroleum recovery.  Solutions recommended by our Technical Services Division that have been implemented in oil producing regions around the world, even decades ago, find continued application today in our own E&P portfolio with impressive results.  Since 2013 our E&P business has experienced strong growth in production and reserves averaging more than 180% annual reserves replacement ratio.  The Oilfield Services Division continues to grow and is now qualified in Egypt to deliver more than 30 services, including low-cost drilling and workovers.  IPR continues to demonstrate responsible growth and has commissioned a pioneering water disposal well in the Western Desert of Egypt and uses available APG to power oilfield operations.  I recognize that our historic growth is a result of the dedicated efforts of exceptional people.  I truly appreciate all the IPR people who work together and execute the plans and overcome challenges to achieve our vision, which has created and will continue to create value for shareholders and esteemed partners.
